Mohan Perera is the founder of the successful ISO-accredited transportation and logistics company Zion Group. The Zion Group was established in 2010 to provide parcel delivery services to Australia Post. Today Zion is delivering approx. 3 million parcels per year. Mohan has guided the company to diversify in to cold chain deliveries (Zion Fresh) and 3PL operations in their company owned warehouse in Keysborogh. Zion Group also created an innovative cloud-based onboarding and compliance software solution (Undvide) that is used in the transport and logistics industry. Originally from Sri Lanka, Mohan came to Melbourne to study a Bachelor of Marketing at Monash University in 1995 – an experience he describes as both very challenging and extremely valuable. Mohan has a passion for innovation, and always strives to find solutions to problems. Mohan partly attributes the success of Zion Group to his love of process – “I always want to have a good system for everything,” he says.

Kithsiri serves as a non-executive board director of Boda Boda. Apart from serving as an Executive Director of VS Information Systems (VSIS), he is a non-executive board member of Inova IT Systems, Altria Consulting, VSOne, SentryLabs, and Insync Information Technologies. Kithsiri has over 30 years of experience in Information and Communication Technology. He has successfully built a billion-rupee revenue-generating System Integration company from a startup status before joining VSIS. Under his guidance, many innovative and complex ICT projects, of national importance have been implemented in the country. Kithsiri is a graduate in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Moratuwa.

Dilshan is a Managing Director of Faber Capital Limited, which is a boutique Investment Bank headquartered in Dubai. He has held several senior roles including the position of Managing Director, Head of Debt Capital Markets, MENA & Pakistan for Standard Chartered Bank, based in Dubai. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of Amana Bank PLC, Windforce PLC and Asset Trust Management (Pvt) limited. He is an Member of the CIMA, a CFA and holds an MBA from the University of Colombo. Dilshan has over 30 years expertise in Accounting and Finance and Investment Banking, with experience in many sectors of industry.

Dev Wijewardane is an IT professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He has consulted across a number of sectors including banking, telecommunications, retail, asset management and transport. Specializing in identity and integration, Dev has worked in varied leadership roles including development, architecture and managed services. He holds a master’s degree in internetworking form the University of Technology, Sydney and a bachelor’s in computing form Monash University in Melbourne. His interests include photography and conservation.

Priyanga is the Director/CEO of the VSIS. He has more than 20 years of experience in the ICT sector. and has a history of undertaking difficult projects and assignments and making them a success. Started his career as Systems Engineer and later moved into strategic business management giving leadership to nationally important projects in the fields of Banking, Transport and Government. Priyanga has graduated from University of Colombo with a degree in Computer Science

Prasanna is a Director of VSIS and took the initiative to establish the ICT sector companies under VS Group. He has more than 15 years of experience in ICT sector. Prasanna has a rare skill of excelling in both sales and technology. He is one of those pioneering members who worked in multitude of large ICT systems spanning from legacy Unix to RedHat Unix. He has successfully positioned and deployed some the largest HP Server and Storage installations in Sri Lanka Prasanna is a Graduate from University of Colombo with a degree in Physical Science
