Adhering to our parcel preparation guidelines will ensure that your shipment is properly packaged and labeled, reducing the risk of damage, and preventing any unnecessary delays in delivery. As packages go through our network and are handled by multiple individuals, following these guidelines is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process. Parcel Preparation

Step 1

Breakable & Fragile Items
Must be packed to prevent handling damages. See our  detailed packing guidelines   for tips on how to pack fragile items.

Other items
Can be packed either using Tamperproof Plastic Bags of suitable thickness or Corrugated Cartons.

Step 2

Sealing your Package

Parcels must be sealed using tamper proof tape to ensure safety of products.

All openings must be sealed (top, bottom and sides).

Never use stapler pins for sealing of parcels.

Step 2

Labelling your Package

Barcode labels must be pasted on a visible location on the parcel.

Labels must not be pasted on the seams or edges disturbing scanning of the labels by the delivery agents.
